Salt reduced* but still with supreme flavour, Gravox® Lite* Supreme Gravy Mix is perfect for beef casseroles, steak and roast potatoes. *Contains 35% less sodium than Gravox Supreme. Try adding this gravy mix into a beef and red wine casserole, or mix with tomato paste to create a rich, savoury sauce. Preparation Instructions
MICROWAVE: In a microwave safe jug, blend 1 1/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix with 3 tbsp water to make a smooth paste. Place 3/4 cup (185 mL) water in another jug and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 50 seconds (1100W)+. Whisk water into paste. Heat for a further 45 seconds. Whisk well and stand for 2 minutes before serving + Guide only. Microwave ovens may vary, adjust heating time as needed. HIGH = 100% power. STOVE TOP : Blend 1 1/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix with 1 cup (250 mL) water. Bring to boil, stirring continously. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. EVEN TASTIER: ADD PAN JUICE Combine 3 tbsp pan juices with 1 1/2 tbsp Gravox Gravy Mix. Mix well to make a smooth paste. Cook for 30 seconds on low heat, stirring continuosly. Gradually add 3/4 cup (185 mL) water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
