Vegetables (53%) (Organic Pumpkin (40%), Onion, Potato, Carrot), Water, Cream (Milk), Milk, Carrot Juice Concentrate, Spices, Butter (Milk), Yeast Extract, Salt, Corn Starch.
Preparation Instructions
Heating Instructions Stove Top - Just heat & eat Pour soup into saucepan and slowly bring to the boil, stirring frequently. Microwave - Heat in pouch, then pour! (1000W) Tear pouch at cut line and ensure zipper is opened before placing in microwave. Heat on high for 3 mins. Stir and heat for a further 1 min until heated through. Pour into serving bowl & enjoy with a dollop of fresh cream & toasted pumpkin seeds.
Usage Instructions
Resealable zipper. Cut here to open. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

Keep refrigerated (1-4°C).
