Ingredients
Sugar, Rice Flour, Milk Chocolate Chips (8%) (Sugar, Milk Solids, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy)), Flavour), Starch (Potato, Corn), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (5%), Dark Chocolate Chips (4.7%) [Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Flavour, Emulsifier (Lecithin (Soy))], Vegetable Oil, Salt. Gluten free brownie mix with milk and dark chocolate chips.
Preparation Instructions
All you need is: 2 extra large eggs + 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted and cooled Prep time 10 mins Baking time 20-25 mins 20x20 cm cake pan 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base and sides with baking paper. 1. Stir brownie mix, eggs and butter with a wooden spoon until combined (do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). 2. Pour into prepared pan. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre. For an extra fudgy brownie, test at 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then gently remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely.
