Our Traditional British Pork Pie recipe comes from a third generation UK butcher who immigrated to Australia. His time honoured recipe uses hot water crust pastry, specially seasoned 100% Australian Pork and succulent bone stock jelly. Serve cold with your favourite pickle or mustard.
